1. Payment Schedule

Each retreat offers different payment plan options. Typically, the final payment is due 45 to 60 days before the retreat start date, depending on the venue’s policies. Specific payment deadlines will be outlined during the booking process.

2. Retreat Policy

All payments, including the deposit, are non-refundable and non-transferable to other retreats. If we are able to fill your spot, we are happy to refund any amount paid, excluding the deposit. Alternatively, you may transfer your spot to another individual in case you decide not to attend the retreat.

3. Travel Insurance

Participants are required to arrange their own travel insurance, including health coverage and protection against flight cancellations or delays.

4. Travel and Arrival

You are responsible for booking flights, arranging transportation to the venue, and ensuring timely arrival.

5. Liability

The organizer accepts no liability for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss/damage to personal belongings during the retreat. Participants attend entirely at their own risk.
